In summer 2019 I attended a three-day workshop in Rokka, a small Cretan village, with the photographers Photini Papahatzi and Lia Nalbantidou.
We spent a few days shooting the village and, with their kind permission, its inhabitants – no more than a dozen families. I got many images, but below were the ones that stood out to me.
